Cancellation Policy

At Dega Farms Retreat Center, we strive to offer a meaningful and immersive experience to all our participants. To maintain the integrity of our retreat planning, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Non-Refundable Registration Charge:
To confirm a reservation, participants must pay a non-refundable registration charge of ₹2,000.
This charge cannot be refunded, transferred, or adjusted under any circumstances.

Payment Guidelines:

For individual retreats, we request a contribution of ₹2,000 per person per day to support the retreat’s functioning. To confirm your booking, a non-refundable fee of ₹2,000 per person must be transferred to the retreat’s account. The remaining amount, based on the number of reserved days, can be paid upon arrival or departure.

For organized retreats, charges may vary. However, a non-refundable fee of ₹2,000 per person is required to secure your participation. The full retreat contribution must be paid upon arrival.

Cancellations & Modifications:
Due to the nature of our retreats, we are unable to process cancellations once a booking is confirmed. However, modifications or date changes may be accommodated in cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen personal hardships, subject to availability.

All payments to the Krishnamurti Retreat Centre are final and cannot be refunded or applied to future bookings.
